Meet Gina :)
Gina is a new addition to Mark and I's little family.. she's our new pet turtle! She's kinda lively especially when you put food in her cage.. i've never seen a turtle run so fast hehe :) We got him from Mr. Hamblin a retiring teacher at the middle school in Lyman. I have loved turtles always and I was so excited when he asked me to give her a home (i think he maybe starved her a little cuz when i first saw her she looked sad and her water dish and food dish were dried up) we threw water in the dish and she came running and last night i put some apples in there and she came crawling like a hungry lion er turtle :) I love her!!! She's so adorable.. and Mark likes her too ... I made him laugh when i brought him home he didn't believe me when i said he gave her to me.. but when i walked through the door he was caught off guard hehe he said out of all the things i could ever bring home a turtle was prolly the best... "atleast its not a puppy" was his exact words..... MEET GINA...

We're Married!!!
This is just a few weeks short coming but Mark and I are officially married! We got married for Time & All Eternity May 29th 2010 in the Billings, Montana Temple. I was such a happy beautiful day! My family all came to support me and mark in our marriage every one except Mandy & Cal and the girls :( but everyone was in attendance even my aunt and uncle poulson. Mark's family even came up to the wedding (its such a long drive and it took a while for them to get here because Megan is pregnant and has to get up every hour) but i'm glad they made it up because it was so beautiful to see all my family smiling at me and mark in the temple. We went up two days before and picked up malissa and dallas from the airport so she and him could be there for the wedding and she made me a gorgeous fun pink and orange cake... it was also delicious! Friday morning my mom, bethany, and I went to the church to decorate for the reception the colors blended well together and it was a fun springy set up. After mark and his family got there we headed to Billings to stay the night. My mom and I went to get our nails done at Allure nail and then went to the hotel to have pizza with the whole gang (mark's family and mine and my bride's maids and our friends richard and william). That night I had a little bachalorette party with my sister and my other brides maids, sam had gotten me a little pin button that said "HOT BRIDE" and she gave me a spa foot treatment and painted my toenails bright neon pink! The next morning was the wedding.. it was a stressful day for me starting at five thirty when i got up to shower and start the hair. I did have a relaxing continental breakfast with my mom but there was work to be done. It took almost three hours to fix my hair and i was so rushed i didn't even get to see it :( so i hope it looked good. I was late for the temple and i think mark was worried that i had stood him up.. he looked real relieved to see me walk through the door. We were married at ten and then took pictures which equals lots of smiling, sore mouth muscles, and squinty eyes. It was supposed to rain and pour all day and luckily my day wasn't ruined by the aqua... i was however dehydrated at the reception. We had a lucheon at the church in Billings and it was very well done.. Carilyn did a wonderful job! After the luncheon mark and i stopped at Big Bear sporting store to get me a sleeping bag.. oh boy was i so excited hehe its actually pretty sweet.. for a wedding/birthday present ;) Then we drove to Burlington for the reception and we were the first ones to arrive.. and i didn't even have my dress to get ready :) It was going to be a long night and on top if that we had to take more pitures blah... such a long night.. two hours passed lots of people came and we got lots of wonderful gifts for our new life together :) Mark's siblings decorated the truck with very wonderful words hehe after being threatened by thier mom to be appropriate hehe ;) Mark and i stayed at the super 8 in Thermopolis and the next day we headed to Salt Lake to catch our plane for our honeymoon. It was a long night again our plane didn't leave until 12 am blah.. i was so tired and slept the whole way to Atlanta where i woke up long enough to get some hot chocolate from starbucks and so oh so delicious MickeyD's breakfast whoo hoo! Then i fell back asleep for the whole plane ride to Miami.. when we stepped out of the airport in Miami it was so flippin hot oh my gosh!!! I was damp and sweaty and sticky within a minute but it is a very beautiful city with lots of green and flowers. We were taken to the Carnival Cruise boat and Miami port. The ship was so cool when we got on we just walked around and there was so much on there it was like a city! There were stores, casinos, resurants, pools, and even a water park! It was the coolest thing ever! We pulled out of Miami that night and set sail for Key West, FL were we got to snorkel thirty miles of the shore at the world's third largest marine reef! It was sooooo cool we saw fish of every shape and size and color! so much down there! When you jump off the boat into the water there are just fish every where!!! We even saw a huge scary lookin Baracuda! This thing was creepy it was like five feet long and had sharp skinny teeth stickin out of its mouth i was so scared :) We really wish we had a under water camera that would have been sweet. That night we took off for Cozumel Mexico and we sailed all night. This night we went to a show on board as well as catered dinner which we had every night. Every breakfast and luch they had a buffet with so much food all you can eat and ice cream and its just so awesome! We got to Cozumel it was so so HOT! I thought Miami was hot but this was crazy hot! the water was so so beautiful and so clear blue. We took a ferry boat fourty five min to the Yucatan Islands where the city of Tulum is. We decided we wanted to see the old Mayan Ruins and Temples. It was really cool, there were so many pretty old structures and so much history behind it. The ruins look over the most beautiful Carribean beach you have ever seen were mark and i rode the waves and had alot of fun in the sun. It was like takin a warm bath it was so great and there were big waves too! We bought souvineers in Tulum and the Yucatan Islands and headed back to the ship where we had a lovely evening in the sunset! Our last day was a full day at sea so we slept in and went on the water slides and to a groovey 60's musical show where every beach boy's song ever made was sang ;) then the cruise was over but it was alot longer and funner than i described ... we flew back to Salt Lake and the next day was our Lyman reception which turned out really well. Now its back to the real world where a buffet isn't served twenty four hours and the ship crew doesn't cater to our every need... we do however live in the "honeymoon suite" in Tony and Carilyn's basement which is so great ;) We have been married for two weeks it seems so long ... eternity is going to seem like forever! I love mark and i know he loves me too... i'm so happy we are together!
