Kids say the darndest things!
So I clean for a lady here in town Stacey Pearson. She has the most adorable daughters Mireya and Kinlee. So I was cleaning the other day and Mireya likes to help me so I gave her a towel so she could dust the table off while I did the higher shelves. I started to whistle the song from snow white "Whistle while you work" and I turned around and Mireya gives me this vey concerned look. All the sudden she say "Brandy are you high?!?" I was completely shocked haha I was like what did she just say. Dying lauging I went up stairs to tell Stacey and Sam and we hear from downstairs... "Mom i'm getting high!" It was hilarious! I love little kids can't wait to have my own and hear these things all the time!

Christmas Break
K so this is alot late!!! I've had it written forever and ever but I just needed to get the pictures. So ...think december, go a month into the past... and enjoy!
Wow I can not believe it is already time to go back to school, Christmas break was tooo short. We spent all of it with our families in Burlington and Lyman and we had a blast. First we went to my parents house and just hung out the whole time with the fam and my old boss from NAPA Reg Henderson took Mark and I snowmobiling it was tons of fun. We had to leave my house early because the roads were supposed to get really bad and we were going to spend Christmas day with Mark's family in Lyman. So we left my house about the 22nd to head to Lyman and the roads were awful, we drove on like an inch and a half of ice the whole way. I about had a heart attack!
When we got to Lyman we got to see our niece Molly who was born in September. She is a doll! We also got to see Melissa and Dallas too. A few days later Bryan and Megan came up with there hunk a chunk of burning love Boston. He is a big little baby! I spent the next week and a half playing with, loving, and just cuddling my niece and nephew. I love love love them! Melissa and Megan said it would be birth control but I don't think it worked cuz I have been day dreaming of babies since they all left and went back home!
On Christmas morning we woke up at eight and opened presents. Mark and his parents went in on a cricut machine for me. I was totally surprised and I love it :) Mark got the 10 seasons of the tv show friends which he was very excited for. We also for odds and ends little things here and there. It was very fun!
The next two and a half hours was spent trying to contact Eric (Mark's little brother) who is on a mission in Brazil. We finally got through and the whole family including Kylie Erickson (his little lover) got to talk to him for a few hours. He seems like he is having fun and doing well with the language. He is a very hard working missionary.
A few days later Tony, Carilyn, and Mark and I went to Logan to Kate's (his cousin)wedding. It was cold and beautiful. I got to meet Carilyn's parents for the first time and adore them, they are very nice people! After everyone left to go back home before new years everything got quiet and boring with out the babies :( Mark and I spent New Years eve with the Neiders in Lyman hanging out, eating, and playing poker haha I only won once which is why I never will gamble I would be too bad at it.
New years day Tony, Carilyn, Mark, I, and Tyson went to Salt Lake and enjoyed the morning at the Living Planet Aquarium down under with the fish! Then we went to Texas Road House and Cabella's.
Overall it was a good break, we played with babies (well everyone else had to fight me for them haha), went snowmobiling, I got tons of scrapbooking stuff done, saw the fish, and had a really fun time with both of our families.
We really enjoy this time of year and the break from school! It is a beautiful season and it brings warmth to our hearts to see our family and be able to spend time and make memories. This season is a reminder of the Savior and our Hevenly Father's love for us, what a big miracle in such a tiny baby. Happy Holidays.. may 2011 bring you comfort and peace. Love the Gillies Family
