Hiking Hidden Falls {when you are 33 1/2 weeks pregnant}
Let me tell you this 6 mile hike was definitely not an easy one.... oh no not compared to last summer when I didn't have swollen feet, a squished bladder, and a bulging baby bump! But I felt very accomplished after our hike to the hidden falls on Saturday. It was a great cap off to our fun filled summer before Mark heads back to classes on Monday. Easton had to go swimming in the water and loved it!

A Back to Lyman We Go!
We headed back to Lyman this weekend so that Mark could finish the garden boxes for his mom and go hunting with is Brother Bryan whose deer season opened up this weekend.
We stopped in Riverton to walk around and got DQ for lunch... of course Easton had to have "kisses"- ice cream and of course we are cool parents who let him eat a caramel sundae in his carseat with a few mess protecting provisions ;)
Saturday we went to a few garage sales while the boys were up hunting. Easton thought it was pretty cool he got to ride in the back seat of papa's truck without his carseat.... this would never happen in Laramie only in small town or back on the dirt roads at my parents but he did think it was pretty neat. He made a funny face when I told him he needed to stay low so that we didn't get arrested haha!
We didn't do a whole lot while we were in Lyman (which to be honest was nice... I have been way too swollen this summer so it is nice to just sit around) but we did get to pick some peas and tomatoes or "appes" from grandma's garden while we played in the back year. Easton loved that! He really enjoys going to see his Grandma and Grandpas!

I can't believe I am taking my baby sister's senior pictures! How did she get so grown up? She is just gorgeous ..... watch out college boys she'll be on the market in t-minus 9 1/2 months wink emoticon Sure love you Bethany!!!

Saying goodbye to cousins :(
We spent a week up at my mom and dad's house and Easton had a blast playing with is cousin Chloe.... today it was time to say goodbye and it made me really sad because these two really love each other A LOT! I hope we can move closer to them once we are done with school they need to grow up together! They are the best of friends and the best of cousins... kissing cousins too I suppose ;)

A week at Grandma & Grandpa Bullinger's
We also got the fun opportunity to go to my parent's house for a week this summer. We stopped in Casper on the way up and stayed in the hotel with Mark's dad who was there for meetings all week. Easton liked to play with the air conditioner and almost froze us all!
I had some photography jobs up there so we decided to pack up and stay for a whole week of fun on the farm! When we got to my parents we got to go ride on the combine with "papa"! Easton was ecstatic! He loves tractors and he loves his papa so he was in heaven! WE have heard about the ride on the tractor with papa for weeks now!
We got to spend lots of time with my sister and her kids in Lovell... Easton loves to see and play which his "chlo chlo" so it was a blast for him. We took them to the new splash pad in Cowley and they all had a blast. Chloe and Easton weren't so much fans of running through the water as they were reaching under the fence for rocks to throw into the water! It is never surprising when you get two 2 year olds together and they cause a bit of mischief!
On Saturday I went to my brother in law's grandma's funeral in Lovell with Mom and Bethany. She passed away after a horrible car accident she had been in the week before. It was a nice service and it was good to go and support Matthew's family. Sunday we went to church and after church Matthew and Charlene & their kiddos came over for dinner and so that I could take their family pictures. It is never easy keeping up with their two kids- or any two kids in a photo session but I think they turned out pretty darn cute! These are some of my most FAVORITE clients ever!
On Monday we went over to Lovell for the day as I had a family session and a maternity session that evening. Before we headed out to Charlene's house we went to the park to meet up with one of my friends who moved from Laramie last year. It was very good to catch up with Jourdan and her cute kids! After lunch we headed out to Charlene's and we got to just hang out for the afternoon while I waited for my sessions to start. Chloe and Easton loved playing together of course and Mark got to go hang out with Matthew while he did a little work on the farm. It's always sweet to have a brother in law who will let you watch him pull a horse's tooth... having a brother in law who is a vet is sometimes a perk ;) I headed out for my photo sessions later in the afternoon and Charlene watched the kids at the house. I haven't ever done two full sessions back to back needless to say pregnant either and I think we picked the very hottest day of the week for pictures. After I finished the first one and headed off to the next one I lifted my shirt up off my shoulders and realized I was completely soaked ewe! Thank goodness the next one was mostly in the shade. This photography thing is definitely wearing on this pregnant lady! After my sessions were finished I headed back out to Charlene's and we dropped the kids off at her mother in laws who agreed to watch them while we went out to dinner. WE never get to go out to dinner just the four of us with out kids and it is a rare thing to be able to hang out with just Charlene and Matthew so it was definitely a good evening. We went to the Branding Iron in Lovell- it is a cute little cafe with delicious food. Mark and I had out very first taste of Rocky Mountain Oysters... they aren't too bad if you don't think about it ;) WE had a good evening at dinner and chatting with Charlene and Matthew... I hope we can move closer to them someday so we can make it a regular occurrence.
{Easton's new habit from grandma's house: eating whole slicing tomatoes... he loves them and calls them "appes" like apples!}
Tuesday I had another session in Cody. It was a senior session for one of Bethany's friends... hard to believe that they are all seniors! Wednesday we headed back up to Cody to meet Charlene and her kids for lunch and go to Walmart. It is weird being back home where you have to travel 45 min to go to Walmart instead of just up the street. When we got home I took some more senior pictures for Bethany and then we took Easton out to ride on the combine with his papa one last time before we headed to Lyman the next day.
